  If I upgrade, what do I do with our own existing inventory?
  We can work out a trade-in program for you. You'll get a great bid for your handhelds here. We are wired to a huge network of supply and demand. Tell us what you have to sell, including quantity and condition. Be as specific as possible. We will be in touch with either a bid or questions.
   
  We are a leasing company. Do you buy hardware coming off-lease?
  Yes. Depending on the market demand, condition and type of device, we can help you liquidate this inventory quickly if you contact us.
   
  We standardize on a specific model handheld. It's great, but the product is no longer manufactured. We need more, but I don't see that model on your site. Where can I find them?

Tablet PC Support

  This guide is designed to provide a quick reference for users of Tablet PCs running Windows XP Tablet PC Edition. It is not intended to be a complete user guide. We recommend that you read the user manual that came with your Tablet PC as a complete source of information for use of your Tablet PC. We highly highly recommend that you spend time to go through all the Tablet PC tutorials, including the Tablet PC Tutorial, the Windows Journal Tutorial, the Tablet PC Input Panel Tutorial, and the Speech Tutorial.
   
  How do I log in at boot up?
  Press the Ctrl+Alt+Del button for up to 1 second to login during initial system start up.
   
  How do I access the Task Manager after boot up?
  Press the Ctrl+Alt+Del button for up to 1 second.
   
  How do I access the Tablet PC Menu?
  Press Fn + Fn.
   
  How do I change the Brightness Control?
  Press Fn + Fn.
Select Tablet and Pen Settings.
Select the Display tab.
Under the Screen brightness...
Select the Setting for: Powered by batteries or When plugged in.
Select the brightness level on the Brightness scale.
Click on Apply.
   
  How do I change the Sound Volume?
  Press Fn + Fn.
Select Sounds and Audio Devices.
Select the Volume tab.
Under Device volume..., select the desired volume on the scale.
If you want to mute the sound, make sure the Mute box is checked.
   
  How do I access secondary Application button functions?
  Press Fn – this has a built-in "sticky" feature that allows a couple of seconds to select your first secondary button).
Select the secondary function you want (for example, Internet).
   
  How do I access the icons for Internet, Display, A, B, Tabs, Left/Right Arrow?
  Press Fn – this has a built-in "sticky" feature that allows a couple of seconds to select your first secondary button).

  How do I display through an external projector or monitor?
  Make sure that your Orientation is in Landscape mode.
Press Fn + External Monitor icon.
Select Intel Dual Display Clone.
Press OK.
   
  How do I reprogram secondary functions of buttons that are labelled A and B?
  Press Fn + Fn.
Select Tablet and Pen Settings.
Select the Tablet Buttons tab.
Highlight the button you would like to change:
• Button A = Fn+AB3.
• Button B = Fn+AB4.
Select Change...
Select Action menu.
Select from the choices in the menu to which you would like button A or B to be reassigned.
Select OK.
   
  How do I optimize Tablet PC battery life?
  Press Fn + Fn.
Select the Power Options.
Select the optimal options while your Tablet PC is plugged in or running on batteries.
Use Suspend mode when not using your Tablet PC.
Remove any PC cards when not needed.
Turn off your optional WLAN when not needed (switch found on back of your Tablet PC).
   
  How do I disable "right click" on my pen?
  Launch Fujitsu Menu by pressing Fn + Fn.
Select Tablet and Pen settings.
Select Pen Options tab.
Under Pen Buttons, uncheck "Use pen button to right click".
You can still access the "Right click" by holding the pen tip to the LCD for a couple of seconds and the right click menu will appear.
   
  How do I change the handedness to left-handed?
  If you are left-handed, you can change handedness from right-handed to left-handed to improve handwriting recognition and name placement.
Launch Menu by pressing Fn + Fn.
Select Tablet and Pen Settings.
In the Settings tab, choose Left-handed for Handedness.
   
  How do I calibrate my Tablet PC digitizer for better cursor alignment?
  Launch Menu by pressing Fn + Fn.
Select Tablet and Pen Settings.
In the Settings tab, select the display mode under Calibration - Portrait or Landscape.
Choose Calibarate... and follow the directions.
   
  How do I launch the Tablet PC input panel (TIP)?
  Click on the keyboard icon found in the System Tray (lower left, next to the Start menu).
Select either the Keyboard or Writing Pad tab.
   
  How do I use Tablet PC speech recognition?
  You'll either need an analog headset (with both a microphone and headphone jack) or a USB headset.
Select the application in which you want to capture the dictation (i.e., Notepad, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Launch the TIP (see description above)
Select the Dictation icon.
(Note: before using speech recognition, you should first complete the speech tutorial and then train the system for optimal recognition.)
   
  How do I use "train your voice"?
  Launch the TIP (see description above).
Select the Speech Tools menu.
Select Voice Training.
Follow the instructions.
   
  How do I use the Tablet PC eraser in Windows Journal?
  If you want to erase written text, you can either select the eraser from the Task Menu or press on the upper button on the pen. This simulates the eraser as well.
   
  How do I use the Tablet PC lasso tool in Windows Journal?
  Click on the lasso icon in the toolbar.
Circle the content you would like highlighted.
Once the area is "lasso-ed", select the format feature you would like to incorporate
(for instance, font size, bold, underline).
   
  How do I use Sticky Notes?
  First, go to the Start menu and select all All Programs...
Select the Sticky Notes application.
You can attach the Sticky Notes to various applications by selecting the Drag-and-Drop feature in the right side of the Task Menu.
Drag the Sticky Note to the application of your choice (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
   
  How do I use simple gestures?
  Within the TIP you can simulate several keyboard commands using gestures within the writing pad tab.
